The Clipper Round the World Yacht Race
The Clipper Round the World Yacht Race is coming to Sydney to take part in the iconic Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race.
The brainchild of Sir Robin Knox-Johnston, the first person to sail solo non-stop around the world, the ultimate ocean adventure is now on its eleventh edition.
What makes the Clipper Race unique is that it is raced by people like you. More than 700 people from all walks life and representing 41 different nationalities are racing on one of the eleven 70 foot stripped-out ocean racing yachts, each of which is led by a professional Skipper, including Australian and ten-time RSHYR veteran Wendy Tuck.
Whilst the fleet will be berthed at the CYCA, Rushcutters Bay, during its stay in Sydney, one of the Clipper 70s will be open for free public tours at the Museum each day.
Members of the musuem are invited to exclusive members-only tours on December 20 and 21
