  • Adelaide to Port Lincoln

    Dates: 27 February–3 March 2016

    Departs: Inner Harbour

    Voyage crew: $1,475

    Supernumerary: $2,500

Seafood, wine, sea lions and sharks!

This is our shortest voyage—perfect for those who are time poor or who just want to get a taste of tall ship sailing.

We will be passing through Kangaroo Island, Neptune Island and Thistle Island and weather permitting we may even anchor briefly.

Port Lincoln is known as the "Seafood Capital of Australia". Make your stay memorable by participating in one of the exciting tours and attractions on offer in and around Port Lincoln and the Eyre Peninsula.

For the adventurous, go shark cage diving, swim with Australian sea lions and southern bluefin tuna, or just stay on land and visit our National Parks, tasting local wines and browsing local museums. Make sure to sample some of Port Lincoln's fantastic seafood.

HMB Endeavour is a fully functioning, seagoing ship. Sailing as a voyage crew member or a supernumerary is an exciting and enriching experience. Come on board and challenge yourself to do something extraordinary.

Voyage Crew (for action and adventure): $1,475 one way

As a voyage crew member you will sleep in hammocks and stand watch, set and take in sail, helm the ship and help keep it clean. Voyage crew must be able to climb aloft (39 metres in a harness).

Supernumerary (for leisurely voyaging): $2,500 one way

Supernumerary berths are ideal for those who prefer not to do the sailing activities or who do not meet all the physical requirements for going aloft. You may choose your level of involvement, but will be encouraged to help crew the ship where possible. You will occupy single cabins and relax in the Great Cabin, just as Cook himself would have done.

More information is available on our Crew Information page.
